Responsibilities Partner strategically with hiring managers to define roles, shape hiring plans, and guide decisions. Source and attract top talent across commercial and technical roles using personalized, high-impact approaches. Leverage technology and data to optimize hiring workflows (Greenhouse & Workday) and drive smarter decisions. Collaborate globally to evolve our recruiting processes and embrace AI-powered hiring. What Success Looks Like 30 Days In: You've built trust with hiring managers and closed your first few hires. 90 Days In: You're optimizing processes and becoming a go-to partner. 6 Months In: You're driving innovation and influencing hiring strategy. 1 Year In: You're helping shape Pax8's iconic workforce through strategic, AI-powered recruiting. Compensation : Qualified candidates can expect a base salary between $74,000.00 and $92,000.00.
