OverviewWe are a boutique wealth management firm with 25 years of history, serving ~150 families and growing quickly. Our firm helps clients get the most life out of their wealth through personalized financial planning and wealth management. We are seeking a strategic, growth-oriented professional to lead our Sales & Marketing function and drive the next chapter of our firm’s success.ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development and Execution: Create and implement strategic business development and marketing plans that align with the practice's growth objectives; Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning to inform strategy and identify opportunities for expansion; Track KPIs & OKRs and report on growth progress to firm leadership.Business Development: Build and manage the prospect pipeline from lead generation to conversion; Lead COI relationships, referral programs, and business development initiatives; Leverage client interactions to generate referrals and increase the practice's client base.Advisor Coaching and Development: Be an expert in Heckmann Financial’s planning process, language and philosophies; Provide training and support to enhance advisors/' marketing and sales skills, ensuring consistency and excellence in client interactions.Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate sales & marketing efforts with Heckmann Financial’s Director of Business Development in Wisconsin; Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies using established resources and creative thinking to drive brand awareness and client engagement; Manage and enhance the practice's online presence through social media, webinars, client events, and appreciation functions; Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize impact.Leadership: Model core values: humble, hungry, smart and accountable by having a minimum of 3 +’s with no +/- in any category; Be proficient in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS); Achieve 80%+ OKR results.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.LAH license, SIE, Series 7 and 63 licensesMinimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, within the wealth management or financial planning industry.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong understanding of wealth management, financial planning principles, and investment strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative pensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based prehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.Clear understanding of compensation structure and the ability to influence it through performance and business growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
