This organization partners with forward-thinking businesses and affluent high net worth individuals, offering innovative tax strategies that fuel growth and manage risks. CPA or EA designation is essential. 7+ years in a progressive tax environment with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial firms. Solid grasp of federal, state, and local tax laws; experience with S corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Proven leadership in managing teams and cultivating client relationships. Strong communication instincts and a knack for making complex tax matters simple. Commitment to work an average of 50-55 hours weekly. A forward-thinking, entrepreneurial mindset with a dedication to firm growth. Must live within an hour commutable distance for on-site meetings.
