Position OverviewWe are hiring aRemote AI Engineer & Researcher (Inference)to help scale Speechify’smachine learning and AI voice systems . This role is perfect for someone passionate aboutartificial intelligence, natural language processing, cloud computing, and high-performance inference models . You will work onmission-critical production services , ensuring top-tierscalability, speed, and reliabilityof Speechify’s AI products. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and product managers to deliver advancedAI voice solutionsacross diverse use cases. Deploy and manageML inference workloadsthat power Speechify’s speech technology pipeline. Optimize performance, latency, and throughput for large-scale AI models. Build monitoring tools to identify system bottlenecks and implement robust solutions. Contribute to architecture improvements and introduce innovativeAI/ML techniques . Ideal Candidate ProfileStrong experience inPython-based servicesand scalable backend development. Proven track record of managingcritical production servicesin cloud environments (GCP preferred). Expertise inInfrastructure as Code, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments . Background indeploying ML models to production at scale(preferred).
