Corporate Associate – Public Companies and Capital MarketsWe are seeking a corporate associate with 4-6 years of public company and capital market experience. Candidates should have experience in public company reporting compliance and governance and the day-to-day issues that arise for public companies, such as SEC compliance, disclosure matters, governance, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance. Candidates should also have experience representing either issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, equity/debt offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs), and at-the-market offerings. Candidates with experience dealing with technology and/or life sciences companies are a plus. Wilson Sonsini has more than 300 public company clients and is a leading firm to innovative technology and life sciences growth enterprises. Preferred locations are San Francisco or Palo Alto, but we also welcome candidates for our Austin, Boston, Los Angeles, New York, Salt Lake City, San Diego, Seattle, or Washington, DC office. Compensation and BenefitsSalary range of $310,000 – $390,000, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
