JOB LEVEL P50 EMPLOYEE ROLE Individual Contributor Sr Machine Learning Services Engineer The Opportunity Adobe is looking for an ML Services Engineer to bring new and exciting AI/ GenAI based capabilities to its flagship products like Photoshop and Lightroom. As part of the Applied research organization, you will partner with Adobe Research and business units to deliver cutting-edge AI/ GenAI powered cloud services, to light up exciting new product capabilities. You will join a team of dedicated engineers to expanding the cloud offerings behind some of Adobe’s most successful and innovative creative products. What you’ll do Design, build, deploy and support reliable and scalable world class cloud-based servicesDesign and architect optimized ML pipelines for running models in the cloudAnalyze and improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and stability of AI enabled workflowsDesign and implement model integration testing, and regression testing for model evaluation with refinementsBuild and maintain CI/CD pipeline for a suite of microservicesCollaborate with product management, user experience and engineering groups to develop new products and features.Provide production level support for customersWhat you need to succeed Several years experience architecting cloud services and infrastructure for large scale use, reliability and performanceVery strong coding, debugging, and development skills in Python, JavascriptProficient in various cloud technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, DockerFamiliarity with AIT, CUDA, and using Pytorch , TensorFlow, or ONNXRuntimeExperience with model conversion and compression techniquesAbility to write well-designed, testable code.Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $162,000 -- $301,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
