Qualifications: * Experience: A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record in roles such as shift manager, assistant manager, or store manager. * Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) during shifts. * Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
