Construction Project Manager (Orangeburg)

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.• Support, lead and manage construction projects and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables• Support, develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks that may arise• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track• Prepare and present project reports, including performance metrics and financial analysis, to senior management and stakeholdersWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
