Maintenance Technician

Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing facility in Fairfield, OH. If you have maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting and are ready to grow your career with a supportive and family-oriented team, this could be the perfect fit. Pay: $25-$34/hour (based on experience) Shifts Available: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM 12:30 PM - 10:00 PM 8:30 PM - 6:00 AM Responsibilities: Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with equipment diagnostics. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed. Support equipment uptime and reliability in collaboration with the maintenance team. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required . Technical training or mechanical certifications are a plus. Strong understanding of mechanical diagnostics and repair practices. Stand and walk for the duration of your shift. Regularly lift 25+ lbs. What's in It for You?
