Job Description: Job Title: Housekeeper Division: Affordable Housing Location: National Church Residences - Arbors at Creekside 1026 Clayton Ln, Austin, TX 78723 Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week Pay Rate: $15-$16 per hour (based on experience) About Us: At National Church Residences - Arbors at Creekside, we provide safe, affordable, and welcoming housing for our residents. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management housekeeping and preparing units for new residents. Responsibilities: * Perform daily cleaning of common areas, hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and offices. * Complete thorough cleaning of vacant units, ensuring they are move-in ready by turnover deadlines. * Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, and flooring as part of unit turns. * Assist with trash removal and light grounds maintenance. * Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, damages, or maintenance needs. * Work independently while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards. Qualifications: * Prior housekeeping experience required; property management or multifamily housing preferred. * Experience in unit turns (deep cleaning vacant apartments). * Dependable and able to meet deadlines. * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
