Customer Service Representative We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Job Description: Our ideal candidate will have a passion for providing top-notch customer service and be able to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding company policies and procedures. Escalate complex issues to supervisor or manager as needed. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The following qualifications are required: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of customer service experience. Ability to type 25 words per minute.
