Job Title: Residential HVAC Service Technician ">About the Job: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are functioning properly. Main Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic and service work on residential HVAC equipment and accessories under general supervision Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner Diagnose and perform services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories in an accurate and timely manner Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics on equipment to identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed or required Deliver excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction Promote products and services to customers and ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and properly accounted for Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities Follow standard procedures and processes, ensure company vehicle is properly stocked, return defective warranty parts to the branch, and order/replenish vehicle stock as needed Perform similar/other duties as needed or assigned Regular, reliable attendance Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and good driving record Minimum 1 year experience in HVAC service and repair Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Benefits: A competitive salary and benefits package Ongoing training and development opportunities A dynamic and supportive work environment The opportunity to work with a leading organization in the industry How to Apply: If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience.
