Customer Service Representative We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in providing timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers, engaging with them to create a positive shopping environment, and deterring acts of dishonesty through effective customer engagement and professional presence. Responsibilities: Provides support to customers by responding promptly to their queries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Engages with customers to create a positive shopping experience, builds rapport, and fosters loyalty. Maintains accurate checkout procedures for customers and associates, ensuring seamless transactions. Communicates shrink-related concerns to Store Management and Loss Prevention, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity. Promotes a safe and healthy work environment, adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, and performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Able to work effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 0-2 years retail or security experience, with a strong understanding of operational procedures and loss prevention techniques.
