Property Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our properties and ensuring they’re in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and profitability- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws- Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of necessary repairs and maintenance- Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and files- Respond to and resolve tenant complaints and concerns in a timely and professional mannerRequirements:- Degree and certs preferred- At least 3 years of experience in property management- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and laws- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management softwareIf you are a self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for property management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
