Job *****System Mechanic*****Kalamazoo, MI USA 49001 *****Direct Hire *****$31/hr. Shift: 2nd ***** 3:20 p.m. – 11:40 p.m. (20-minute unpaid lunch) will train on 1st shift for 90-days or shorterSystem Mechanic - 2nd shift Broad role covering assembly, troubleshooting, and testing of mechanical/electrical systems. Works with blueprints, schematics, and military/technical manuals. Involves calibration, quality compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.OEM Mechanic - 2nd shift Focused on new/original equipment manufacturing (OEM) builds. Ensures precise assembly and compliance with OEM standards and specs. Heavy on documentation, configuration control, and quality audits.Aftermarket Mechanic - 2nd shift Specializes in repair, overhaul, and servicing of field-return/aftermarket units. Disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, testing, and troubleshooting are core. Requires wiring harness skills (soldering & solderless) and working with oils (Red oil, Skydrol).Pump Mechanic - 1st shift Niche version of Aftermarket Mechanic, but specialized in pumps. Handles disassembly, evaluation, testing, and reassembly of pump units. Must have prior Aftermarket Mechanic experience; requires certification in multiple product families.#mechanic #manufacturing
