While you won’t be required to cut hair, you’ll play an essential role in managing daily operations, supporting our stylists, and ensuring the salon runs smoothly.Position Overview The Salon Team Manager is responsible for overseeing salon operations, managing staff schedules, supporting team culture, and handling administrative tasks. This part-time position is perfect for someone with strong people management, organizational, and customer service skills. No cosmetology license is required.Why Join Us?
