Manufacturing Supervisor

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor with manufacturing industry experience and strong mechanical aptitude for a new opportunity with our client in the Browns Summit area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Supervise daily production activities and manage a team of production workers. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines. Train and mentor team members on proper use of tools, machinery, and manufacturing processes. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any production issues. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance to management.Qualifications Strong supervisory experience and leadership skills. Proficient in using tools and equipment relevant to manufacturing processes. Experience operating forklifts within a factory or warehouse setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Flexibility to work day or night shift as needed on a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule.
