In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and calibrating CNC machines and plant equipment. The position requires both mechanical and electrical expertise, offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a technician who enjoys hands-on problem-solving.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components on CNC machines and plant equipmentUse precision diagnostic tools (voltmeters, oscilloscopes, gauges, lasers, etc.)Perform alignment, fitting, and replacement of machine parts (bearings, spindles, ways, etc.)Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring circuits, and distribution centersTroubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and electronic controlsFabricate or machine replacement parts using shop equipmentAssist with equipment installations, removals, and vendor coordinationFollow lockout/tagout procedures and maintain a safe, organized work areaQualificationsCompleted apprenticeship or 4–5 years of CNC maintenance experienceStrong background in CNC mechanical and electrical repairKnowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronic controlsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specificationsSolid math and trigonometry skillsOSHA certifications preferredForklift experience a plusBenefits~$40/hour pay rate + overtime opportunities~1st shift ***** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM~ Hands-on, challenging work with advanced CNC technology~ Stable, long-term career opportunity with a reputable manufacturer
