JOB DESCRIPTIONThisProject Coordinatorwill be responsible forreviewing and processing backlog work ordersto ensure everything is accurate and up to date. Theyll useMicrosoft Exceland other tools to track progress, communicate with internal teams when needed, and keep records organized. In simple terms, theyll becleaning up and managing work orders, making sure nothing falls through the cracks, and keeping things running smoothly by coordinating with the right people. While they’ll work independently most of the time, they’ll also check in with teammates and stakeholders when necessary.Key ***** Work Order *****Review, process, and reconcile backlog work orders, ensuring accuracy and completion. Data Tracking & *****UtilizeMicrosoft Exceland other tools to track progress, update records, and generate reports. Collaboration & *****Work independently while engaging with internal teams (HR, compensation, hiring managers) to resolve discrepancies and ensure process alignment. Documentation & Process *****Maintain organized documentation, assist with policy adherence, and recommend process enhancements. Status Updates & *****Help prepare status reports and presentations for leadership.Required Skills & ***** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel(data entry, tracking, reporting) andMicrosoft Office Suite(Outlook, Teams, etc.). Strong attention to detail and ability towork independentlywhile collaborating as needed. Excellentoral and written communicationskills for clear and concise reporting. Experience withwork order managementis preferred. SAP experienceis a plus but not required.Must Have Skills: 1+ years as Project Coordinator/Administrator experience Experience with work order management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
