High school diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred with a preference for credentials within culinary related field. Qualified instructors will meet the minimum state (FLDOE/CIE) educational requirements plus one year of job experience related to the content taught. It is preferred that classroom instructors have some experience demonstrating teaching and classroom management skills. Experience working with adults with disabilities is preferred. Experience working in some form of culinary industry kitchen is preferred Valid FL driver’s license and successful level II background check, physical and drug screen. Must be 21 years of age or older.
