Build the coolest tech for world’s leading brandsExperience the power of transforming digital engineering for Fortune 500 clientsMaster your craft with leading training programs and hands-on experienceExperience a community of change makers!Job *****Package Handler/ Ground HandlerWe are launching a new drone delivery program and are seeking highly motivated Ground Handlers to support day-to-day operations.This role is critical in preparing packages and drones for safe and timely launches while ensuring a seamless customer delivery experience.Candidates should thrive in a structured, fast-paced operational environment, with strong attention to detail and safety.Perform end-to-end workflow checks for package preparation, including verifying package size/weight for drone delivery.Support a continuous, conveyor-like operation to maintain delivery speed and accuracy.When drone delivery is not possible, use a company-provided vehicle to deliver packages within the required service-level window (typically within 60 minutes).Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain on feet for extended periods.Collaborate with Flight Operations teams during handoff for drone launch.Experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or other fast-paced commercial fortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks.Prior experience in aviation, drone operations, or related fields.Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or willingness to obtain).Previous fulfillment center or high-volume logistics experience.***** Two-week training program provided***** medical insurance] [dental insurance] [vision insurance] [401(k) retirement plan] [long-term disability insurance] [short-term disability insurance] [5 personal days accrued each calendar year.
