Lead financial planning, reporting, and resource optimization initiatives. Inspire a high-performing cross-functional team across the Americas and beyond.About You:10+ years of leadership experience in biologics manufacturing or CDMO services. Master’s degree in a related field (Ph.D. preferred). Proven success in client acquisition, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth.
