Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a highly rewarding role supporting senior leadership? Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to fill an Executive Assistant role, providing vital support to the President of a Naples-based organization. This position presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with dynamic executives, communicate with the Board of Directors, and contribute to seamless operations. Responsibilities Executive *****Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations. Board *****Facilitate communication between the President and the Board of Directors; coordinate Board meetings, prepare agendas, and document key discussions. Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule internal and external meetings, including arranging travel, managing calendars, and preparing materials. Report Preparation: Compile and create detailed reports for executive leadership, including metrics, meeting notes, and summaries for Board presentations. Operational Efficiency: Uphold business standards by researching and implementing process improvements, leveraging modern tools, and supporting automation-focused initiatives to streamline productivityQualifications*****5+ years of proven experience in executive-level administrative work, ideally supporting C-suite executives or Board members. *****Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered. Technical *****Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms or workflow automation tools is a plus. *****Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with executives and stakeholders. Attention to *****Adept in multitasking and prioritizing work on tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. *****Strong service mindset with a high degree of discretion and integrity.
