Our client is looking for a Benefits Coordinator who thrives on helping employees navigate their options and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the this role, you’ll be the trusted resource for team members with questions about medical, dental, vision, and leave programs. You’ll keep benefits data accurate and up to date, guide employees through open enrollment, and ensure payroll deductions are handled correctly. From processing leave requests to coordinating with vendors, you’ll make sure our people feel supported and informed every step of the way. ***** Be the first point of contact for employees with benefits-related questions. Manage weekly benefits deductions and partner with payroll to keep everything aligned. Lead the annual open enrollment process, including communications and employee support. Handle leave of absence requests (FMLA, short-term disability, etc.) across multiple states. Work alongside the HR Director to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. Maintain thorough and accurate benefits documentation. Provide professional, friendly support to employees on a daily basis. Jump in on benefits-related projects when needed. ***** 1–3 years of experience in HR, benefits, or related areas. Familiarity with benefits administration and leave programs (multi-state experience is a plus). Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Organized, adaptable, and eager to solve problems quickly.
