Administrative Coordinator (100% ON-SITE) Downtown Birmingham $38,000 - $45,000 DOE Vaco is assisting a client seeking a detail-oriented and organizedAdministrative Coordinatorto support their daily operations. If you're a proactive professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, we'd love to hear from you! Key *****Provide administrative support to teams and leadership. Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence. Coordinate office activities, meetings, and events. Maintain and organize records, files, and databases. Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking. Serve as the point of contact for vendors and office supplies. Support HR functions such as onboarding and recruitment logistics. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Qualifications & *****Proven experience in administrative or coordinator roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in [Microsoft Office Suite/Other relevant software]. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
