Drive Operational Excellence:Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production flow, enhance quality, and relentlessly drive out waste. Strategize & Execute:Own capacity planning along with production scheduling, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure all manufacturing objectives are achieved on time and within budget. Expertise:Deep, hands-on knowledge ofLean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement (CI), complex capacity planning, and dynamic production flows.
