Problem-Solving in Real Time: Identify daily production challenges, remove bottlenecks, and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence. Driving Performance & Engagement: Hold daily team meetings, set expectations, and keep production goals on track with hourly monitoring. Improving Processes: Oversee continuous flow and materials delivery systems while inspiring associates to contribute ideas for improvement. Developing Talent: Coach, train, and mentor team members to expand skills and build bench strength. Ensuring Standards: Audit safety, quality, and scrap; uphold Leader Standard Work practices and standardized work for direct reports.
