Paralegal – $28–$57/hr | Palo Alto, CA | Full-Time OnsiteWe are seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide legal operational support across U.S. and Canadian offices. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing vendor agreement reviews, compliance filings, and cross-team collaboration. You will serve as the first point of contact for operational legal matters, maintain organized records, and support a variety of compliance and legal projects. Key Responsibilities Review procurement and vendor agreements and support office management legal needs. Oversee maintenance of legal entities and compliance filings. Liaise with external legal representatives, vendors, and transaction counterparts. Act as the first point of contact for operational legal requests. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex matters seamlessly. Organize and maintain records of legal documents, communications, and processes. Provide support for additional legal and compliance initiatives as required. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of paralegal or in-house legal contractor experience. Legal education or equivalent background strongly preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. English fluency required; bilingual proficiency in Chinese preferred.
