About the Company: Headquartered in Nashville, FusionSite is a leading site services company focused on sanitation and related temporary infrastructure equipment across the South, East & Midwest. We are a high-growth, entrepreneurial, acquisitive Company operating a large commercial vehicle fleet across 35 locations in 14 states, servicing our customer base of commercial and residential builders, professional and collegiate sports teams, special event and concert venues, and other facility operators, including the government and the military.About the Role: We are looking for an Operations Manager for our location in Burnet, TX. The Operations Manager will assist the General/City Manager in providing leadership to the assigned unit through efficient daily operations management in all areas of logistics, operations, and customer service.Responsibilities:Works closely with Asst. Mgr., or General/City Manager, depending on location size. Schedules and supervises Route Drivers, Pick-up and Delivery Drivers, Mechanics and Yard staff in daily tasks and operations. Ensure quality excellence in terms of service and inventory. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Assists the manager in efforts to reach profit, performance, and quality service goals. Facilitates weekly spot checks and ensures appropriate action (relocation, cleaning, retraining, etc.) is taken. Inventory Management including, but not limited to, regular audits of equipment (supplies, vehicles, and units - quality and quantity), creating or ensuring that all licensing/tags, repair scheduling, product/supply orders, and/or replacement planning with General/City Manager, and rebranding is complete. Supervises drivers, mechanics, and yard team members. Works to meet unit performance standards, including operation controls, safety, and compliance with policies and procedures. Reviews and manages operations manuals, procedures, and policies, ensuring that staff are properly trained and correctly utilizing PPE, equipment care, customer communication, and safety. Ensures team assignments and responsibilities are reasonable, balanced, and adapted to business unit seasonality. Attends and participates in periodic team meetings. Manages operations when the manager is absent. Fills in on routes, as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:At least three years of relevant industry experience. Demonstrated training and/or mentoring experience.Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong math and inventory skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent personal and professional leadership skills. Understanding of OSHA regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation. Ability to perform various operations and logistics procedures. Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure. Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
