LHH is partnering with a well-known nonprofit organization based in the Washington, DC area to bring on an Meetings and Sponsorship Coordinator. This is a temporary position that will start ASAP, with the potential to extend through December 2025. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, customer-focused, and passionate about event coordination. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and executing contract benefit terms for sponsors at various conferences, conventions and events. You will work closely with both internal teams and external sponsors to ensure all commitments are fulfilled seamlessly.This position offers an hourly pay rate between $23-$26 per hour, based on experience. Hybrid schedule, 2 days remote. Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Coordinate extensively between member companies, sponsors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sponsorship obligations. Handle high-volume communication with sponsors and internal teams, managing multiple priorities efficiently. Provide a white-glove customer service experience to sponsors, ensuring all requests and expectations are met with the highest level of professionalism.***** 2+ years of events experience, with a strong background in sponsor fulfillment and customer service. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to handle high-volume communication. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
