Quality Technician

Our client, who provides precision machining services, is needing a Quality Technician to join their growing team. Job ***** Quality Technician ***** Circle Pines, MN Pay Rate ***** $41,600 - $72,800 ***** 2nd shift M-Th 4pm - 2:30amWhat’s the Job? Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of precision machined components using calibrated measuring tools. Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements. Use precision inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, optical comparators, and CMMs. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records according to ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards. Identify and report non-conformances; assist in root cause analysis and corrective action activities.What’s Needed? Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection within aerospace or precision manufacturing Knowledge of AS9100 and FAA regulatory requirements Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret engineering drawings. Proficient with a wide range of hand and digital measuring tools. Familiarity with quality documentation and inspection reporting. Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Excel and quality software systems.What’s in it for me?
