Maintenance Manager

Reports to the Plant Manager and oversees the Maintenance department for all 3 shifts. Oversees maintenance and repair of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production. Schedules and directs maintenance activities, coordinates equipment modifications, and develops preventive maintenance programs. Reviews reports to optimize operations and reduce costs. Collaborates with engineering on new product equipment needs and requisitions necessary tools and supplies. Position ***** Associate's degree and/or 10+ years of direct experience 5+ years of direct Maintenance Management experience is preferred Proficient in troubleshooting PLC's (both Allen Bradley & Siemens) Strong technical knowledge in Robotics & Vision Systems Strong background in Electrical Automation Manufacturing systems Can work 50% hands on and 50% office responsibilities Experience working with outside contracts for CapEx and equipment installation projects Possess deep technical knowledge of Pneumatics & Hydraulics systems Injection Molding experience not required but a huge PLUS
