This is a unique opportunity to manage large-scale, cutting-edge infrastructure projects that will power the next generation of cloud computing and digital services.Position Details: Type:Full-Time, Permanent Location:On-site (Fauquier County, VA) Industry:Data Center Construction & Development Project Scale:Multi-million dollar hyperscale facilitiesWhat You'll DoStrategic Project Leadership: Provide overall management direction for construction projects and campuses, including plans, budgets, schedules, and controls Lead large-scale data center construction projects from initiation to completion Maintain close relationships with clients, tenants, and key stakeholders throughout project lifecycle Lead and assist with estimating and budgeting for potential multi-million dollar projectsOperational Excellence: Work with general contractors and trade contractors to plan, organize, and direct construction activities Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards Oversee and provide guidance to owner PM firms, junior Project Managers, and staff Monitor construction and financial activities to ensure proper project completionStakeholder Management: Initiate and maintain liaison with owners/tenants, owner PM firms, and other key contacts Represent the company in high-level project meetings and strategy sessions Work with the Vice President of Construction to manage contract financial aspects Develop proactive relationships with contractor and subcontractor communitiesQuality & Compliance: Ensure project quality control plans are implemented and followed Complete punch lists to customer satisfaction standards Review and ensure safety plans are in place and administered properly Submit projects for industry awards and certifications as appropriateProject Control & Execution: Submit project change orders to clients within one week of request Complete and distribute meeting minutes within 72 hours of progress meetings Prepare and submit O&M manuals within 30 days of substantial completion Maintain proactive project monitoring through regularly updated schedulesWhat You BringEssential Qualifications: 5+ yearsof professional Project Management or Construction Management experience Bachelor's degreein Construction Management or equivalent experience 5+ yearsof construction management experience in comparable field Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and P6 software Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKey Competencies: Self-motivated with exceptional punctuality and reliability Ability to manage multiple complex tasks with excellent follow-up skills Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects Knowledge of data center construction is highly preferred Ability to interpret and explain complex plans and contract termsIdeal Candidate Profile: Proven track record managing multi-million dollar construction projects Experience working with hyperscale clients and complex technical requirements Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective measures Commitment to safety excellence and quality standardsWhy PointOne?Career Growth & Impact: Lead construction of cutting-edge hyperscale data center facilities Work on projects that will power major cloud providers and tech companies Be part of a team with over a century of combined industry expertise Direct involvement in billion-dollar infrastructure development Opportunity to shape construction processes during rapid company expansion Collaborate with industry leaders and Fortune 500 clientsComprehensive Benefits Package: Extended healthcare and dental coverage Vacation time per company policy $750 annual health & wellness benefit $500 annual corporate gift matching Two paid volunteer days annually 401k plan with 5% company match Life insurance coverage Company-provided laptop and equipmentProject Portfolio: Remington Technology Park: Scalable up to 600MW across 234 acres Richmond Data Center Campus: Up to 424MW across 178 acres Virginia Beach Campus: Enterprise-class facilities with cable landing station Ashburn Data Center Campus: 132MW across two buildingsReady to Build the Future?
