Customer Service Representativeto join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. ***** Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Maintain customer records by updating account information in our systems. Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or departments.***** High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems. Salary $50-65k
