Drive safety, quality, and output using KPIs, tier meetings, and simple visual controls. Partner with maintenance, planning, and QA to hit plan, every shift. Triage issues fast, escalate smart, and document what you change so wins stick. Model a “calm under pressure” presence that sets the tone for the floor.What We’re Looking For Front-line leadership in manufacturing/operations (shift lead, team lead, or supervisor experience). Strong command of daily management tools (standard work, root cause, 5S, basic problem-solving). A coach’s mindset—clear expectations, fair accountability, consistent follow-through. Communicator and ***** you can align ops, maintenance, quality, and logistics without the turf wars. Bias for ***** you don’t wait for perfect; you create momentum and measure results.Success Looks Like OSHA-clean safety record and well-run Gemba.
