This location operatesextrusion linesproducingPVC spacers for steel coilsandslip sheets for meat manufacturing.You’ll be part of asmall maintenance teamwith room for growth into leadership roles.*****$29–$32/hr + $1 shift differential (higher for top candidates) *****Monday–Friday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am (train on days for ~3 months) *****Full package starts the month after hireWhat You’ll Do Troubleshoot and repair electrical and facility systems (3-phase 480V) Work with PLCs, solid state relays, AC/DC drives Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate logs Collaborate with production to solve issues quickly Uphold safety standards including LOTO and Arc FlashWhat We’re Looking For 5+ years of industrial maintenance (electrical focus; light mechanical OK) Skilled with meters, diagnostics, and troubleshooting equipment PLC knowledge required (troubleshooting/programming) High School diploma/GED (technical/vocational training preferred) Team player—level-headed, not arrogantWhy Signode?
