Maintenance Manager – Tier One Automotive ManufacturingWe’re looking for askilled and strategic Maintenance Managerto lead maintenance operations acrossRobotic Welding, Metal Stamping, Ecoat, and Facilitiesin ahigh-volume Tier One Automotive Manufacturing environment.This is a leadership role where you’ll ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and drivecontinuous improvement initiativesthat support safety, quality, and production goals.What You’ll Do Lead preventive & predictive maintenance programs for robotic welding cells, stamping presses, Ecoat lines, and facilities. Championsafety-first culturewith training, audits, and proactive risk mitigation. Manage troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions forPLC, robotics, electrical, and mechanical systems. Oversee facility systems (HVAC, compressed air, lighting, building infrastructure). Drive continuous improvement in uptime, energy efficiency, and cost control. Build and lead ahigh-performing maintenance team, mentoring and developing future leaders. Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality on new product launches and process changes. Manage budgets, inventory, KPIs, and vendor relationships to keep operations running smoothly.What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience. 5–7 years of maintenance leadershipin automotive manufacturing. Strong knowledge of robotic welding systems (Yaskawa, FANUC), stamping presses (Komatsu), Ecoat processes, and facility management. Skilled inPlex ERP, Excel, lean manufacturing, and troubleshooting across PLC/robotics/electrical/mechanical systems. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Why Join Us?
