Drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain profitability.Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop HVAC/R service technicians to meet performance and quality goals Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and service delivery for multiple client accounts Manage commercial and industrial HVAC & refrigeration maintenance contracts and service calls Ensure accurate job costing, budget adherence, and profitability Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance at all timesQualifications Proven leadership incommercial/industrial HVAC & refrigeration service management Strong technical understanding of chillers, rooftop units, split systems, walk-in freezers, and refrigeration controls Experience managing service teams and operational budgets Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and industry regulationsWhy Join Us?
