Warehouse Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to keep our warehouse and material flow running at peak efficiency. As theMaterial Planning & Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control while leading a team that ensures materials move safely and accurately from dock to production. Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits.This is anOnsiteposition based in the Irving, TX area. ***only Local Candidates are being consideredfor this role *** Must current reside within a daily commuting distance to the plantPrimary Responsibilities ** Lead warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and material planning. Manage a team of 10+employees (scheduling, timekeeping, performance). Ensure accurate ERP (SAP) transactions and timely processing of materials. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and problem resolution. Drive efficient material flow to production and manage returns/restocking. Enforce safety, 5S, and standard work practices across all warehouse areas.Requirements ***** 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience for a Manufacturer. Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems is ideal. Familiarity with Barcode Scanners, RFID tags is important. ERP, WMS, Lean, Kanban experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Comfortable with computer applications. Associate’s degree preferred.
