Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager Industrial manufacturer is seeking a well-qualified professional who brings a solid mix of equipment maintenance and project management skills. Will oversee all aspects of building and manufacturing shop floor readiness. Focus will be building cleanliness & conservation, machine maintenance, directing a small crew of technicians and custodians, vender management, grounds keeping, adhering to budgets and timeframes. Will be point of contact for vendors, regulating agencies, and company department heads.Skills and ***** Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems Ability to lift objects and do other labor-intensive tasks Excellent time management and multitasking skills Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles Great leadership and problem-solving skills Run routine maintenance inspections Support maintenance and installment work as neededPreferred qualifications Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential, or equivalent Experience planning facility budgets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional leadership experience Contract handling experience Strong attention to detail
