Cost Manager

You’***** Lead & Overseecost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting across all MEP disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.). Validate & Reviewsubcontractor bids, payment applications, and change orders. Develop and maintaincutting-edge cost control systems and track KPIs. Conductrisk-based cost analysis and scenario modeling for executive decision-making. Coordinate with Planning Teamsto align cost forecasts with scheduling realities. Manage Full Lifecycleof change orders—evaluation to implementation. Support Procurementstrategies and contract development for MEP packages. Advise Project Leadershipon the cost impact of design changes. Deliver Executive-Level Reportingwith clear variance analysis and forecasting.Qualifications Bachelors in mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. Must have10+ years’ experiencein MEP cost management on large-scale construction projects. Deep technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and utilities. Proficiency with cost control tools likeCostX, Sage, Prism, Excel, and ERP systems. Familiarity withLump Sum, GMP, Cost-Plusand other commercial frameworks. Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and stakeholder managementskills. Leadership ability to coordinatecross-functional teamsand interact with clients. Experience withsemiconductor fabs, cleanrooms, data centers, or pharma builds. Understanding ofBIM-integrated cost planning and VDC workflows. Certifications likeMRICS, CCP, PMPare a big plus.
