This role blendsstrategic leadership, retail operations, vendor management, and data-driven analysisto elevate employee engagement initiatives worldwide. You’ll split your time betweenmanaging branded gear stores (75%)andsupporting recognition program analytics (25%), making this a highly impactful role for adetail-oriented and innovative professional.Key Responsibilities Branded Merchandise Operations (75%) Overseeglobal branded gear stores(US/EMEA & APAC) includinginventory, fulfillment, production, and distribution. Managevendor contracts, purchase orders, budgets, and timelinesensuring deliverables are met. Providecreative input on merchandise design, trends, and brand alignment. Collaborate with marketing/design teams toapprove final product quality. Developinternal marketing strategiesto promote merchandise stores and drive engagement. Tracksales performance, purchasing forecasts, and budget adherenceusing data insights. Recognition Program Analytics (25%) Conductdata analysis, audits, ROI calculations, and performance reportingfor recognition initiatives. Create and maintaindashboards and reportsto track program effectiveness. Benchmark recognition practices againstindustry standardsto identify gaps and opportunities. Partner with internal teams to ensuredata-driven program improvements.Desired Qualifications 5+ yearsprogram management experience inretail ops, supply chain, or related fields. StrongExcel/Google Sheets skills(advanced formulas, data modeling, reporting). Experience withcommunications, marketing, and graphic designa plus. Skilled invendor & agency management. Strongtime management and organizational skillswith ability to handle multiple projects. Proficiency inSlack & Google Workspace.
