Operating and optimizing advanced fabrication equipment, you’ll play a key role in transforming engineering drawings into real-world structures.Key ***** Program, set up, and operate fabrication equipment including CNC plasma cutters, Voortman, Wheelabrator, and Scotsman machines Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings to plan work sequences Handle, move, and stage parts; remove and dispose of scrap material Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues Maintain detailed material usage records and support workflow optimization Coordinate with other departments to align on production needs and priorities✅Ideal Candidate ***** 2+ years of experience in machine operation within manufacturing or fabrication Proficient in reading tape measures (standard & metric) and interpreting engineering drawings Forklift and bridge crane operation experience required Ability to program and operate fabrication machinery confidently Problem-solver with strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanshipSubmit resume to or apply online.
