Warehouse Lead - Bilingual

About the Opportunity: We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Leader to join our team in Gastonia, NC! Candidates need to speak both English and Spanish. This position involves a variety of tasks such as maintaining inventory, organizing shipments, and fulfilling orders. You will also lead a small warehouse team. Responsibilities:Lead: Lead the warehouse team.Receiving & Processing Shipments: Unload and unpack incoming shipments. Verify accuracy and check for damage. Label and store products in designated ventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records. Report any discrepancies or damages. Restock shelves and ensure products are available.Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Scan barcodes and check order accuracy. Print and apply shipping labels.Warehouse Operations: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.Other Duties: Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Participate in inventory counts. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.Qualifications and Required Skills:***** Able to communicate in both Spanish and English. Warehouse leadership ***** At least two years as a leader in a warehouse. Physical ***** Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Attention to ***** Accuracy is key in managing inventory and fulfilling orders. ***** Ability to keep the warehouse clean and well-organized. Team ***** Ability to work well with others in a team environment. ***** Clear communication with team members and supervisors. Equipment ***** Forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment experience.
