Senior Electrical Designer

We’re partnering with a leadingemployee-owned consultancyto hire aSenior Plant Electrical Designerfor an exciting new team in Austin. This role centers onpower plant and industrial plant projects, delivering detailed electrical system designs with minimal input from engineers.What you’ll ***** Create layouts, duct banks, conduit & cable tray systems, one-lines, schematics, and wiring diagrams Deliver construction-ready drawings in 2D/3D CAD Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, API, and related standards Collaborate across disciplines and mentor junior staff What we’re looking ***** 8+ years in electrical drafting/design (power generation or industrial) Advanced AutoCAD (2D/3D) expertise Knowledge of power plant construction standards Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills (Bonus) BRCM experience + mentoring backgroundWhy ***** ✅ Hybrid/flexible schedule (every other Friday off!) ✅ Competitive pay, profit-sharing, and ownership opportunities ✅ Comprehensive health & wellness benefits ✅ Career growth support with tuition assistance & memberships
