We’re looking for a highly motivatedOperations Managerto lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our aircraft detailing this role, you’ll serve as the heartbeat of our operation—coordinating services, managing teams, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier care. If you’re organized, adaptable, socially aware, and passionate about delivering high-quality work, this could be your next great pany ***** At RealClean Aircraft Detailing, we provide exceptional detailing services, and premium products to enhance the performance, safety, and longevity of every aircraft. Since 2004, the RealClean brand has continuously raised the bar for our clients, helping their aircraft to soar with unmatched brilliance and reliability.Key ***** Respond to incoming leads and schedule in-person appointments Assess aircraft, develop quotes, and present pricing to clients Schedule services and coordinate detailing teams efficiently Manage and update customer information and job records Invoice clients and follow up on outstanding payments Address and resolve customer service concerns Maintain high safety standards and ensure team compliance Conduct inventory checks and manage supply orders Oversee towel-cleaning procedures and supply rotation Report regularly to the business owner on operational performance Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors (FBOs, MROs, etc.) Participate in local advertising and brand awareness efforts (e.g., networking events, distributing marketing materials) Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage crew members Supervise multiple detailing crews (typically 2–4 people per team) Ensure compliance with FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program requirements What We're Looking ***** Hard-working and dependable with a strong work ethic Able to work independently and stay on top of daily responsibilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable in high-pressure environments and able to make quick decisions Strong social awareness and emotional intelligence Adaptable and able to pivot quickly as needs and priorities change Experience in team leadership, operations, or service-based industries preferred Prior experience in aviation or detailing is a plus, but not requiredApply ***** If you’re ready to take the lead in a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you.
