Work with project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to define task sequencing, durations, dependencies, and milestones. Establish baseline schedules and manage updates to reflect actual progress, incorporating changes as they occur. Conduct critical path analysis to identify and manage the most time-sensitive tasks to prevent project delays.
