Coordinate contractor work. Manage spare parts and purchase orders. Support efficiency, safety, and capital projects. Assist with equipment selection and setup. Handle inspections with city/state officials. Enforce safety rules and report violations. Lead capital projects. Maintain maintenance budget. Hire, review, and terminate staff. Conduct performance evaluations.
