You’ll manage daily jobs, coordinate routes, oversee helpers, maintain equipment, and communicate with builders to ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks. Responsibilities Schedule and lead daily survey jobs from the office list, optimizing routes. Supervise and train helpers, promoting skill growth. Maintain all equipment and company vehicle upkeep. Communicate with builder superintendents to resolve onsite issues. Support and coordinate with other crews as needed. Experience Experience leading residential or construction surveying crews in Texas. Knowledge of Austin’s residential developments. At least 2+ years of experience land surveying Self-starter with strong leadership and communication skills. Willing to train in DFW for 2 weeks, then apply in Austin. Familiarity with Leica equipment is a plus. Why Join?
