Director Construction – ResidentialSan Francisco, CAHarper Harrison is partnered with mid-sized Multifamily/Residential Owner & Developer located in San Francisco, CA. They are looking for experienced professionals coming from a Multifamily and/or Residential background with strong ability to manage large Construction projects. The role is a Director of Construction and will be based in the Bay Area of San Francisco.Responsibilities Provide planning, design & construction services for all residential, vertical ground-up projects Lead field Construction teams across Northern California Understand & navigate local zoning codes & regulations and integrate these in to building plans Ensure compliance with OSHA standards as well as internal company protocols Write & present on building reports and communicate with all stakeholdersRequirements Experience as Director of Construction in Residential space Ideally experience with Single/Multifamily and/or Mixed-Use Construction projects Ideally College degree in Construction related industry Attention to detail focused individual on Project related mattersIf this is a role that interests you then please click respond through the LinkedIn apply function or send your resume over to
